Floor plans not only include for all the structural elements but can also precisely show all the secondary elements such as lighting, pipe work, sanitary fittings and furniture. This secondary data can also be linked to an external database to provide the basis of a facilities management tool


	We combine the topographical survey technology with the pen map hand held computer to provide a fully structured three dimensional record.

Building elevations are also recorded in a similar manner but with the addition of Photogrammetry. Using this combination we can produce accurate detailed drawings and computer models of the façade in two and three dimensions.

KINGS uses the latest computer software available to process the survey data and to maintain quality controls.

Hard copies of the floor plans, elevations, rectified photography and perspective renderings can be produced as well as two or three dimensional digital data.
